Long story short I used 
E on the 
clone because there was no one else around and hey why not. It killed her clone and transferred to her half way across the map, and then killed her. I'm wondering if this is because it was her clone and somehow jumped to her after or if its a funny little bug that I will use forever.
That's been a trick since forever ago. not a bug. works on any target able clone.
No its not a bug, HEr clone has a set distance, so once it go a set distance it will end up right next to her. THis doesnt happent o me because I keep the clone near but not to the point it transfers to me.
LeBlanc's clone (and most other clones/summons) has a leash range. If it gets too far away from LeBlanc it blinks back to her, sometimes carrying a deadly ability along for the ride. All that happened here is that the clone snapped back, then either expired or died to Malefic Visions, which then transferred to the real LeBlanc and finished her off.
