Assist bar frozen at 44 for Twisted Fate icon

Yesterday I was able to get the 25k gold toward the icon as well as 44 assists. Today Ive played two ARAM games and yet the counter is still stuck at 44. I see other are having trouble with their kill counter being stuck, well my assist counter is stuck.
