ARAM not giving the IP boost

This is what I see when creating a party of 5 in ARAM. Other people in the party say it does show the 150% IP boost for them, and a couple have the same thing I do. We played a game and I received 68IP for winning a 23 minute game, I went 9/9/26. So Its obvious the IP boost isn't working. Anyone else getting this?
