Soraka Bot (Inter) on TT just stands still. Sad to see reports of this 2 yrs ago and still not fixed

I wanted to report this bug, thought I would be doing a great service, thought maybe nobody else noticed, was looking for the place to report it...

Then I see reports of this that are 2 years old all the way to now and it hasn't been fixed or looked at. :(

Riot needs a system for reporting bugs and tracking, accessible to people as the centralized place for bug reports, where they can also see if issue has been reported before and it's status to save user and Riot time.
