Summoning the Poro King

Hi,

For a while now, I've been seeing that the ally Poro King are sometimes summoned when the opposite team successfully hits someone and vice versa.

Maybe I'm not seeing everything in the map that someone in the ally team actually hit an enemy, or when the poro disappears into the fog of war.
