The ability "remove scurvy" states "eats citrus to remove crowd control effects and restore health"

I doubt Gang Plank is out picking oranges in summoners rift.

Obviously devouring Gang Plank should active remove scurvy.

Tahm Kench devour puts enemy champs in stasis. This can't be removed by any means because it disables all abilities, items and summoner spells. It's no different to if you used a Zhonya's Hourglass on GP - being able to remove scurvy that would be broken.
