Champion select (Not PBE) Bug

I was starting a ranked game and when I had 13 seconds left in champion select to pick a champion then all sudden I just left the pick phase and put me into the home screen causing me to get a loss in my series, I know I didn't leave or anything it just kicked me out for no reason.

I had something very similar to this problem. I was going through the pick and ban phase and I didn't get a chance to pick. It showed it was the enemy's turn to pick, and then at somewhere between 10 and 20 seconds it kicked me. I was just trying to do my placement matches item 3070
