Nightbringer Yasuo ult bug

Heyo, just reporting one of the bugs of the skin. It doesn't play out the ultimate quote whenever you ult and some other quotes as well. The interactions are bugged out and there are particles missing in the q's and nados as well. This has been there for more than half a year and if you could look into it that be great. Thank you!
