[Gameplay] Ludens and Fizz e interaction

Just had a game where enemy Twisted Fate had W up, threw it at Fizz, Fizz used E, card didn't do damage to Fizz however Luden's still proc'd on surrounding teammates.

Haven't had a chance to reproduce yet.
