RENEKTON AND TITANIC HYDRA

Renektons W says it does on hit. It works with the old hydra, doing the splash as many times as you auto in W, but the new titanic hydra doesnt do a bunch of animations per auto in W, at least I didnt see it the whole time i was playing with it in an aram. Anyone know if this is bug or intended or what?
