[Gameplay] Eggnivia for Lyfe

I don't know how it happened but I was playing anivia, died as an egg, and when I respawned I was still an egg. I had all of my abilities except for my passive which never went off. The game also labeled me in chat as "Eggnivia" instead of "Anivia". My best guess is that this is an issue with the game not updating the champion status on death during the passive, but it has only happened once so far so I don't have any other clues as to what might be going on.
