Another bug for the new client.

I just finished updating my client and even tho it doesn't fully close the client when its done updating. It finished the ETA was at 0 and like every other update i close it reopen league and it does the scanning of the files thing. Once that finished i went to join a game and for some reason after champ select went perfectly fine it wouldn't connect me to the loading screen. An error came up and i thought ok close the client fully re log in and it will be fine. Thats what normally works when it crashes like this. I did that and hit the reconnect and it still wouldn't let me connect. After the game ended and i got reported 9 times even tho it put me on the end screen chat like i was in the game. I explained to the other 9 it wouldn't let me connect and i was wondering if anyone else had this issue. They all laughed and said thanks for the free lp and left. My client then closes fully on me and reopens and then re patches for me. If this is a common bug or if this was just a patch bug its really stupid i lost a game because of riots new client and how it works.
