Placed down two barrels in succession to proc them but despite them overlapping only 1 went off. I made absolutely sure of it but both barrels were lapping each other in the clip, slow it down frame by frame if you must but the fact remains only 1 went off.
in this clip it doesnt appear that they overlap.
This may have to do with the map and how the height decreased (similar to how in people showcase Lux's ultimate not hitting a target despite its visual indicator).
In that location depicted in your video, the area declines in elevation and it will skew people's expectations just like with other abilities. ^.^ I do not know how would the visual indicator (circles) be affected by this 3D/2D environment thingy, but it's possible this still apply in your case.
