Game Window Doesn't Open

So everything seemed to be fine. I would start up a Queue, get in champ select and get ready for a match. But things went South when the game didn't start for me. I was left on the client just saying "Game is still in progress" screen. The second window that normally opens up to show the game never opens. This has been happening for 3 days now and I have 20 minute wait Queues because the game thinks I'm dodging. I tried closing it and reopening it and it seemed to open the second window but not load anything in. No champion splash art, no icons, no summoner names. Nothing. Then it force closes on me. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'M HAVING THE EXACT SAME ISSUE, except the people in the queue remake -_- Also, for me, it happens once every time I open lol again, say one day, I decide to log in, once it does it, the first time, and then all the games are fine, and then I close it, and reopen it, it does it again for the first time. I'm sorry, but this is REAAALLYY pissing me off, I'm CURRENTLY having to wait 10 MINUTES because THE GAME HAS A BUG IN IT! FIX THIS AS SOON AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, THIS IS A BIG ISSUE!
