[VISUAL] Visual bugs that appear on all of Thresh's skins with video evidence

I am posting this again as the new patch has come and gone with 0 updates on all of thresh's skins being bugged out. Especially Bloodmoon and SSW. SSW is a world champion's skin too and it is sad to see it so broken all the time that I don't even want to use it.
