I was banned for 'botting' but have never installed third party software for my league account

I was just banned after a ranked game for 'botting' and I don't even know what that means. It says it can't be reversed? I am seriously freaking out. The last time I was banned was in season 3 when I first started playing for leaving games because I did not know that you are supposed to finish them out. Please help me I seriously cannot lose my account I love playing league so much and this is 100% a mistake. I am not a toxic player or anything and I was in my plat series also.

I was banned also, I have never cheated or used a bot or anything even remotely similar to a bot or third party program. I play this game solely to play with my children, I have no reason to cheat.

Both my brother and my sister (One in Region NA and one in LAS got banned today for BOTTING, we have no idea how to do that! They never in their life cheated on any game, have no clue how to even use those softwares). Please someone do something? They already complained about it but... There has to be a bug which is causing this and it is pretty bad.

Something similar happened to my girlfriend just a couple hours ago and I KNOW she doesnt use third party softwares. (Something that even doesnt even makes sense for low ranked players that win and loose in equal measure) Im 100% sure this algorithm is making some serius mistakes.

I guess you bought the account, even tho you will not admit it. Usually Websites that sell these use bots to level them up and since botter and scripter get banned in waves, you just got caught now.
