I got kicked out because of an update

I'm yelling or trying to place anyone at fault, but I think you guys should know. I'm trying to get back into the and play some ranked. When I tried to play my 2nd ranked it won't load the game up it just froze on the processing game part and wouldn't. Got out re logged in and said the samething. Then opened a window trying to update my game. Again ones at fault it just sucks that I lost a game promo game because the game thought I was a leaver. I just couldn't get into the game. Just a fyi if this problem show up again or something.
