Rek'Sai is cc'd longer than supposed to while burrowed

Hi, I am a reksai main. Is it just me, or do hard cc last longer than normal when you are burrowed. Like I get stunned, and the stun goes away and I still cant move for like a second after the stun is over. Or yesterday against aatrox, he knocks me up and I cant move for 3 full seconds. This only happens when I am burrowed though. I could just be going crazy, but it seems like a common occurance.

FYI: This was patch 7.11 last I saw it
