Rammus q glitch in bots (only tried playing vs him in custom game).

So, I sometimes play custom game 1v5 vs bots (don't ask, i find it fun). However, when i played vs rammus, his q literally made him stay in 1 place. I was playing teemo at the times, and i have not seen him move a single time when he used q. Just note, I have not played vs him before this time in custom game vs bots so I don't have other games to prove this is a bug and not just a 1 game thing. I will try to check into this later. I would send a ticket to riot but i have a ticket in the process atm. Also, this is vs beginner bots, not intermediate.

I just played another 1v5 vs bots and put rammus on enemy team again. His q, again, makes him stay in 1 spot (sometimes he runs away, but 90% of the time he will stay in that 1 spot). However, I was also playing teemo so it could be a bug with the teemo vs rammus interaction.
