[CRASH] Blue side Xerath Q crashes games for all same-sided players

I found out recently that if you use Xerath's Q while you stand on blue fountain, and point it in the corner toward the fountain tower you will d/c and d/c anyone who sees it.

1. pick Xerath on blue side
2. Learn Q
3. Aim Q toward lower left corner while standing on blue side fountain
4. Anyone who sees this happen will d/c

I tried seeing if it happened on purple side as well, aiming it at the upper right corner, but I could not get it to crash. I could still do it as a purple side Xerath if I went to blue fountain (built a lot of health to test it).
