[CLIENT] Ranked lobby broken

Trying to duo with my normal duo partner, we are both plat 5 but it says the difference in rank is too high for us to join each other's lobbies. Also our ranked stats tab on our profiles are grayed out and the main tab says that we are in placements with 100+ wins??
