Short Bug List

Ok so, not sure what causes these but.......

First off, Mordekaiser ghosts (ghost dragon, ghost champions), randomly change targets without the controller choosing it to do so, the Ghost Dragon attacks the turret or minions as you are clicking the enemy champions, or any number of other possibilities like that.

Second, id like to report that Mordekaiser's W (Harvesters of sorrow), has a glitch.... ive found it at rank 3 of 5 for the ability, where if i dont level it up to 4 of 5, it will get stuck saying that i can upgrade it when i dont have a point to use it. Does not happen all the time i dont think but it does happen.

Third, Tahm Kench's W (Devour) will eat something and then go on cooldown, not letting you spit it out on command, it eventually spits it out in the direction you are facing after it would normally shoot out if you didnt cast it a second time.

EDITED Additions:

Fourth, Sion does not always attack with the Ravenous Hydra's Cleave, it is usually at the start of the passive that it does not activate for 1-3 hits.
