No sound on recorded highlight with Pyke involved.

So I got a penta in ARAM and went back to record it but I can't get the sound to record for more than a second or 2 on it. Most the time it's just silent. I searched around and saw a lot of discussions about how Pyke's ult breaks the recordings sound. I was Sylas and I had stolen Pyke's ult. Is this still a thing? That bug was from 2018 according to the time stamps.

I did some other recordings from another game without Pyke and they all had the sound as expected.
