[GAME] Gangplank Cannot Upgrade His Ultimate

I played a match as the new Gangplank earlier and was flustered to discover I could not upgrade his ship the entire match despite having plenty of Silver Serpents. I have only played a single game with the updated Gangplank so far so I am unsure if this is a common bug or one that will occur again. I shall report back to this post if it happens again.
