FPS Drop

After I upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 7, I had Fps drops ever since i hovered over a skillshot before casting it. For a champion like xerath, it's almost unplayable since his q has automatic skillshot indicator. Riot, I would like this bug to be fixed as soon as possible :).
