Windows 8 and above range indicator lag

Hello everyone, This bug has been with us for a long time and no one really paid attention to it. When using an operation system that is newer than windows 7 (on a low end computer), the range indicator option will make the fps drop as if it's tabbed out to another window. Riot, please fix this bug as soon as possible to save lives of Vi and Xerath players.
