Launcher Layout Bug [Client]

Opened up launcher and started patching which is when all the free 2 play rotation champs the patch notes box and all the news boxes jsut scrunched up into about 1/4th of the screen with all windows showing black except the patch notes box which showed the center section. Has this happened with anyone else?
