Blank Purchase History Despite Purchases

Good evening RIot,

So I went to log into a spare account of mine to look at my purchase history, as I was wanting to refund two skins I purchased on this spare account and then repurchase them as gifts and send them to my main account. Unfortunately, when I went to view my purchase history on this account, it was completely blank. I still have my 3 refunds and I also have the skins I purchased, but I would really like to transfer these to my main account. What can I do?
