Unable to move as rek sai

I was playing a game as rek sai and the whole match was going fine till a certain point, now in the past i have tried to bring this up to you guys at riot about it before and it seems that it still happens now. There are many times when I've played Rek sai and after being hit by CC while burrowed and i've waited out the duration of the Stun, i am completely locked out of movement for a about 2 seconds which can change everything during a fight. I have to unburrow myself sometimes or i just smash my keys in frustration till i can move.

So today i was up top lane with my team for a fight and then all of a sudden before it breaks out i become unable to move unless did an attack move or casted a spell targeted at an enemy which leaves it impossible for me to properly reposition myself during fights only at random moments was i able to move at will. I have recorded some of the moments in the league highlight where you will see me just stop moving or my movements look as if i were lagging although throughout the whole game i had 35MS, i even pinged my ping for the team to see.
