League Hot Key

On Mac OSX I use cmd + tab to change windows. Apparently if you accidentally cmd + q it will insta close your launcher not asking to close. So this is my second leave buster due to that... I can't change the hot key either. This means that when I cmd + q in champ select it just closes my launcher not asking me. I feel like League should be asking to close?
