Purchase Error

A few days ago I made a purchase for a hextech chest and key bundle to see if I could get luck and get either some cool skins or a champion. However, when I made the transaction I didn't get the chest and key, just the chest. It only charged for the chest and only lists the chest in the purchase history but that wasn't what I selected. I'm not sure what happen, but it might be a error that happened since the shop was changed.
