Vel'Koz W Gives "Last-Hit" Gold When It Shouldn't (VIDEO)

This bug only happens rarely.

I play Vel'koz a lot and I've encountered this bug several times. Basically, if the minion gets hit by the 2nd hit of the W, survives and dies a few 10th of a second later, the player gets the gold from the last hit (even though the player hasn't last-hit'd it).

I don't think the W actually deals a 3rd damage other than the standard 2-hits, but curiously, it gives the gold from last hit. I'm not sure if this also works on champion as this bug if pretty rare and difficult to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce (good luck): -Play Vel'Koz -Throw a W on minions so that some of them barely survives -If one of them dies a few 10th of a second later (not killed by the player), you might get the last hit gold.

Note: This was recorded right before the start of s6 but i'm pretty sure the bug still persists.
