Vel'Koz Ult Cannot Turn Bug (VIDEO)

When ulting, it is sometime impossible to turn (the laser doesn't follow the cursor). I encountered this bug 2-3 times only and I play Vel a lot so it is rare.

To reproduce: -Play Vel'koz and ult (I haven't found any pattern, sorry)
