Direct X giving me problems (tried many fixes)

An unknown DirectX error has occurred and League of Legends cannot start. Please make sure your video card is using the latest video drivers from the manufacturer.

Right before I reach the loading screen where it shows all the champ portraits, my game crashes and gives me a direct x error.

Everything is up to date, I checked many times. I've tried a bunch of the fixes. I've re downloaded league multiple times, re downloaded direct x multiple times. tried my own bit of coding (thought that if I just set the game from fullscreen to windowed it would fix my problem, alas it didn't) and still nothing. Oddly enough, there is this fix I tried; start>search: regedit>delete Direct X> restart computer> download direct X again (supposedly did it automatically on windows 10, which is what I have, but it didn't work). after I did the step where I needed to restart my computer, direct X was already back in the same slot in regedit. Windows 10 is such a fucking mess... I'm sick and tired of playing uncomfortably on my laptop, no only that but it loses connection every 1-5 minutes so champ select is a nightmare, I've gotten many leaverbusters because of its poor connection and I want it to stop, which is why I'm really trying to find a fix for league on my computer for a good couple of months now, but resuming my adventure on trying to find a fix now.

TL;DR Direct x is fuckingt up or something, tried many fixes, nothing worked. Please give me a solution.
