Unable to load into games

Recently i havent been able to load into games, i would be stuck in log at a 100% forever ( i would wait up to 10 mins and just turn league off throw task manager) or it would just shut its self off completely. Every time this would happen it would take it as an AFK and i would get punished, i never AFK from a game before this and i dont know what to do or what the problem is.
