Couldn't load into ranked game.

I couldn't load into my last ranked game, i was stuck in the loading screen with 100% and it wasnt stuck or anything for like 3-4 mins and then league just closed as completely and it counted as a promo loss even tho it was a remake and i had no power over it :/. can i get any help to prevent from happening again in the future.
