[GAMEPLAY] Urgot Q not hitting champions over minions with E on champion

I was playing an urgot game and when I tried to use Q on the Malphite with my E on him (and he was in the circle, near the edge but in it) my Q would just hit the minions and not even look like it was flying up, just right into the minions.

How to recreate:

1. Have Urgot on one team and Malphite on the other
2. Hit Malphite with Noxian Corrosive Charge (E)
3. Have Malphite stand near the edge of the range
4. Make sure there are minions in between
5. Fire your Q with cursor over Malphite
6. Witness the bug.

This was super annoying because it caused me to lose trades against Malphite repeatedly.
