The Graves Icon for the Event
I got over 20 kills between my 2 aram games and it has been 20 minutes and i still didn't get the icon, it said i got the achievement for winning an aram game but it says i have 0 out of 20 kills.

The achievement indicator goes one step further when you first win one ARAM. After that it start counting kills. You could have just read the FAQ which tells you have to complete the objectives in order instead of coming here to report a bug :P
i think you might need to play a bilgewater champ. But i'm not positive on that.
