[CLIENT] Ranked says i need 16 champs when i have 16 champs

I recently reached level 30 and i wanted to go into a rank game. i only had 15 champs at the time so i quickly picked one up to make it 16. But whenever i go to play a ranked match, it says that i still don't meet the requirements and that i must own at least 16 champions.
