[Client] borked champion select screen?

I locked in 5th (final) pick and quickly selected my skin and hit done, this is what happened. game loaded in normally.

was the post game screen, guessing a re-log will fix it
I get this bug fairly often. Sometimes if you move the mouse around things will reappear as you pass over them, sometimes not. Usually after the game is over, my client will either crash or it will minimize and refuse to maximize so I can't look at the post game screen. I have to task manager to close the game and then just reload. Huge pain :(
