League Client Update

It's really laggy, especially in champ select. This really hurts in blind pick since I can only call my lane when it loads, which takes a few seconds :( I thought that this client was supposed to run better, but it just... doesn't :( I hope it's just a bug though, since I really like the client (excluding all the dang lag)
