1st Pick Black Screen Connecting Bug

Notes:

1. I queued for a ranked solo queue SR game on this account at 22:05 EST
2. I heard the audio signifying that I was the 1st pick for ban but the window was blank save for a connecting dialog in the middle.
3. I waited it out and it dumped me back to the landing screen saying I had been removed for not picking a champ.
4. I was issued a 5 minute penalty and not permitted to join a game.

OS: Windows 10
