[GAMEPLAY] Vel'koz "R" stopped working mid game

While playing with Vel'koz earlier today my R ability stopped working. It would not respond to keyboard "R" and also would not work when I mouse clicked the ability. Prior to the issue I had used it successfully at least twice.

I was able to resolve the issue with:

1. Ctrl+Alt+Del
2. Task Manager
3. End Task on LoL Client
4. Click on the "Reconnect" button when the screen appears

Once I did this I was immediately able to use the "R" ability again.
