Strange Blackout on Champion Select

Queue: Howling Abyss For some strange reason, after I get into champion select my screen turns completely black except for the chat service. I am still able to talk to my friends, but cannot interact with the champions at all. As you can see in the picture, it says I am in Champ Select, although my screen is completely black. Afterwards, I get kicked for not choosing a champion.
