[GAMEPLAY] Minions "remember" stats from before resetting the game in Practice Tool

Exactly as the title says. Play using Practice Tool for any length of time, then hit Reset Game. The minions will spawn with their stats from the previous game time (and keep their bonus damage stats, too). Minions will retain their highest attained stats through any number of resets.

This is a melee minion's stats just after a reset. The game time went to about 25 minutes before hitting the Reset Game button.
