[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench is unable to Devour Ally Champions that are channeling Capture Points.

I noticed this in my most recent Hide&Seek game.

Repro Steps:

1. Pick Tahm Kench on Dominion (I used the classic skin though I assume that Master Chef Tahm Kench is affected by this bug as well).
2. Level Devour (E).
3. Have an ally start capturing a point.
4. Attempt to use Devour them while they're channeling to no avail.

Now I don't know if this is also the case for Enemy Champions as well so keep that in mind.
