Quick Silver Sash negates Channeled Ultimate Damage [GAMEPLAY]

Prior to the Malzahar re-work, If Malzahar Ulted a champion, then that champ would become suppressed. If that champ uses Quick Silver Sash, they would be able to move again, however the channel was still present and the enemy champ would continue to take the remainder of the damage from the ult.

This is no longer the case. Now when QSS is invoked, it negates the CC and Negates Any remaining Damage from the channeled Ult as well.

How to Reproduce: Malzhar ults an enemy carrying Quick Silver Sash. Enemy Activates QSS. It is important that the enemy moves out of the pool. You will notice that the enemy does not take the full damage of the channeled Ultimate.

Please Fix.

Uhhhhh... the pool is where the damage comes from.

It was prolly a bug before, cause that's how he should work.

Previously it was a tether, like Fiddle's drain, that also suppressed the target when it was initially attached. QSS'ing the suppress wouldn't break the tether (because tethers are treated as a DOT that ends prematurely when you exceed a certain distance, and QSS doesn't remove damage-only DOT effects. It didn't happen very often, but it was 100% possible to QSS and leave the tether range, ending the ult's damage early. So that's how it worked in the past.

After the rework, the tether is purely visual; there is no actual tether effect like the one I just described. All of the damage is dealt from the pool that is spawned centered under the targeted champ, and when it is initally cast, they are suppressed for a certain length of time. Because of this, another champ standing nearby will also take the same damage. Also because of this, if someone uses QSS, it removes the suppression, but they're still standing in the pool so they still get hurt. If they move out of the pool, they are no longer taking damage. It's that simple.

Conclusion: not a bug

QSS should not negate the "Damage over time" of the "Visual" Tether. (Whether purely visible or not)

It should ONLY negate the CC. By blocking the damage it totally destroys Malazahar's damage output.

The pool is a separate effect anyway and has no bearing on QSS.

Why is there not anyone from RIOT who can acknowledge this problem?
