You've made a name change or seen someone change their name with them? I ask because transfers and old accounts may still have them even with the restriction.

I wish I can use the " ⟑ " special character but apparently its not allowed on EUW wanted to use it for "⟑nnie" (look @ the bridge between the A of the quotation"
