this makes no sense, wards don't use sheen why should barrels, ty riot 
steps to reproduce: place barrel or eat orange, hit barrel, sheen gets used frequency: every time

that's the only thing that makes him playable for me ...
thats because the damage of your barrel is based on the damage you deal to it, sheen included. if sheen didnt work on the barrel you would miss on damage with sheen.
