runes unchangeable in champ select

hey sometimes when I'm in champ select randomly I cant change my runes, it shows up like in the image I linked where its just the top bar and the X button. the X is clickable and it closes the interface but if I try to open it again, its the same. whenever it happens, it will happen every game until the client is closed. no idea how to reproduce but it sucks to either be forced to dodge or be forced to play on a rune page that isnt optimal. thanks,.
